VCC Associate Director of Marketing & Communications

Elevate VCC's internal communication and client engagement as an Associate Director. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives and lead a talented team.

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping VCC's internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. With your project management skills, you'll oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of various marketing projects. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, your leadership will significantly enhance the effectiveness of VCC's marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communications and marketing strategies

• Plan and manage multiple projects within budget and timelines

• Lead a team of communication professionals with clarity

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

• Communicate project outcomes to the College community

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• At least five years in project management

• Experience with multi-union environments is a plus

• Proven leadership and team development abilities

• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
