Position: Trans Mountain Stakeholder Engagement Role
Become a part of Trans Mountain Corporation as a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Coordinator in Burnaby, British Columbia, on a full-time contract basis. This critical role supports the effective engagement of stakeholders for major projects.

In this position, you will coordinate communications, organize key stakeholder meetings, and manage the delivery of engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and a dedication to fostering positive community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication efforts

• Organize logistics for community events and workshops

• Draft communication materials for various platforms

• Maintain stakeholder engagement databases

• Collaborate with teams to ensure messaging alignment

Requirements:

• Education in communication or related areas

• Minimum two years of experience in similar roles

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital communication

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

• Knowledge of regulated sectors is advantageous
