We are seeking a creative, energetic and highly proactive, in house Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to build and manage the daily social presence of ENVO and its mobility brands.

This is not a role where content is simply provided for posting. We are looking for someone who finds stories, captures moments, creates content, publishes quickly and actively engages with our communities.

The role works closely with the Brand Director, Marketing Manager, Creative/Brand Director, graphic design team, PR/media and other marketing resources.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site role located at our ENVO office. Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this position.

• Create and publish engaging social posts, stories, reels, short videos and other native social content.
• Proactively capture products, people, events, development activities, behind-the-scenes moments and company news.
• Turn everyday company activity into relevant and interesting social content.
• Manage ENVO's daily presence across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions and community conversations.
• Proactively engage with customers, creators, dealers, partners and relevant communities.
• Identify trends, stories, formats and opportunities for timely content.
• Conduct simple interviews and capture customer, employee, partner and event stories.
• Support product launches, campaigns, PR activities, events and collaborations.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and creative team when polished visual assets are required.
• Maintain the social content calendar and ensure consistent activity across channels.
• Track engagement, reach, follower/community growth and content performance.
• Continuously test new content ideas and improve based on results.
• Qualifications
  Hands-on experience creating social media content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook and You Tube.
• Comfortable shooting photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Able to quickly edit and publish social-native content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English required; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing and what makes content engaging.
• Comfortable communicating with people, conducting short interviews and representing the brand.
• Proactive, creative, organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology and product environment.
