CTS Youth Program Manager Position

Join CTS Youth Society as a Program Manager in Burnaby, BC, focusing on youth empowerment and environmental stewardship. This hybrid role involves managing engaging programs designed for young leaders.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of diverse programs that inspire youth engagement and strengthen their community connections. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll take charge of staff supervision, program logistics, and mentor youth leaders. Candidates should bring strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement youth programs throughout the year

• Supervise youth participants and seasonal staff

• Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders

• Manage participant safety and risk management plans

• Monitor program success and report on outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree in Outdoor Leadership, Education, or related fields

• 3-5 years’ experience in nonprofit program coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media

• Valid driver's license needed for transport

• Wilderness First Aid certification is preferred
