As the Manager for Stewardship & Donor Engagement, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications while coordinating donor recognition efforts connected to major hospital redevelopment initiatives. Your expertise will facilitate meaningful donor engagements and ensure recognition projects align with Foundation objectives. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate acknowledgment projects for individual donors

• Ensure donor engagement in redevelopment initiatives

• Gather and maintain records of donor recognition

• Develop fact sheets for project details

• Lead and manage major recognition events for donors

Requirements:

• Background in donor relations, fundraising, or marketing

• Exceptional project management and leadership skills

• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency

• Experience with CRM tools preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare funding models advantageous
