DEI and Community Engagement Leader

Lead diversity and community initiatives at STEMCELL Technologies in the DEI and Community Engagement Leader role. Foster inclusivity and support CSR programs across the organization.

This position blends community-focused outreach with corporate engagement. You will spearhead Employee Resource Groups and coordinate various CSR initiatives, enhancing internal practices aligned with DEI goals. Using data visualization, you will track progress and partner with leadership to evaluate performance metrics and integrate inclusive policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the growth of Employee Resource Groups

• Manage global CSR events and sponsorship logistics

• Drive community volunteer initiatives within the organization

• Develop communications for CSR and DEI programs

• Collaborate with leaders on policies and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 2-6 years of experience in DEI or community relations

• Passionate about sustainability and diversity initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work across departments successfully
