RCH is seeking two dedicated Nurse Practitioners for its Orthopaedic Surgery team in a collaborative setting. This position involves working with surgeons on comprehensive treatment plans and emphasizes teamwork and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients with various orthopedic conditions
• Monitor ongoing care and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for effective treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within the NP's scope
• Participate in research to enhance patient care
Requirements:
• Current NP registration with BCCNM
• Recent clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
