In this full-time role, you will leverage your nursing expertise and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care for pediatric clients and their families. Your two years of pediatric nursing experience and management abilities will help you support a dedicated team while managing clinical practices in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise caregivers and ensure quality nursing care

• Oversee clinical practice operations and documentation

• Support families with compassionate nursing services

• Maintain communication using mobile devices and MS Office

• Create meaningful experiences for clients and their families

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Minimum two years of pediatric nursing experience

• BLS CPR certification within the last year

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
