- In house Critical Care Program (CCP) – offered 2-3 intakes a year. The program is about 12 weeks long in a full-time studies format.
- BCIT Critical Care Program – offered in 4 intakes a year. The program is 37 weeks long (24 weeks online studies and 13 weeks full time studies format).

In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, and working collaboratively and in partnership with the interprofessional care team in the provision of person-centered care, the Registered Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients in an acute medical unit.
