In your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report directly to the Director of Care and be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team focused on high standards of patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and maintaining clear communication with residents, families, and care teams. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional care in long-term settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed resident assessments and care documentation

• Administer treatments and medications in line with policies

• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate care plans

• Provide education on care plans to residents and families

• Manage health emergencies and provide direction during shifts

Requirements:

• Active registration as an LPN in BC

• Preferred experience in long-term or senior care

• Solid communication and time management skills

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
