In this role, you will assess and monitor patients, develop care plans, and participate in the overarching goals of the hospital's redevelopment project. As a key member of the ICU team, your responsibilities extend to coordinating care, educating patients, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments routinely

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited School of Nursing program
• Active RN registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
