As a key member of the surgical team, you will evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with families to create effective care plans. You'll also be involved in the hospital's significant redevelopment project to enhance capacity and service delivery while ensuring patient comfort throughout their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments and create nursing diagnoses

• Facilitate family involvement in patient care decisions

• Oversee nursing care coordination and task delegation

• Conduct and interpret non-invasive diagnostic assessments

• Engage in educational training and staff mentorship programs
Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Nursing School

• Active registration as an RN with BCCNM

• Completion of relevant training for ABI procedures

• Competence in patient-centered communication

• Capability to handle the physical demands of nursing
