Candidates should have at least two years of clinical experience and proficiency in patient assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments and nursing interventions
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Facilitate effective care plans and discharge processes

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license with BCCNM
• Two years' experience in the clinical nursing setting
• Completion of relevant Nephrology coursework or certification
• Capability to maintain quality intravenous therapy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
