Position: Registered Nurse for ICUs and Critical Care

This role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care. You will engage with patients and families to create tailored care plans while continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and ongoing evaluations

• Develop and adjust individualized care plans

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on caregiving

• Educate patients and families on health strategies

• Keep accurate records of all patient interactions
Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program

• Hold current BCCNM registration as a RN

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
