Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments upon patient admission
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams for care plan development
- Coordinate nursing care and prioritize tasks effectively
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Participate in quality improvement activities and research projects
- Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Minimum of two years clinical experience
- Post-graduate coursework in Nephrology preferred
- Ability to maintain intravenous therapy
- Proficient in communication with diverse populations
