Manager of Clinical Practice
About the Role
Act as a temporary full‑time Manager of Clinical Practice (Registered Nurse) for Bayshore’s Pediatric and Specialty Nursing Team. In this hybrid position you will support clients and their families by overseeing nursing care delivered in the home setting, manage a team of caregivers, and ensure high‑quality, safe, and compassionate care for every client.
ResponsibilitiesYou will create special moments for clients and their families each day, support and supervise caregivers, oversee clinical practice operations, and maintain documentation and communication using mobile devices and MS Office applications.
Qualifications- Education:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a Bachelor of Nursing degree; current registration with BCCNM. - Certification:
Current BLS CPR certification within the last year. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience required; preferably three years as a nursing supervisor or manager. Experience in community health and/or specialized skills (e.g., trach and ventilation care, central line care, palliative care) an asset. - Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, strong teamwork, independent work, excellent report writing and communication, knowledge of community nursing service delivery and program development, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, Adobe.
- Annual salary range: $92,295 – $115,395 (annual).

Hybrid role: primarily remote from home, with occasional in‑office work and in‑home client visits. Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across the Lower Mainland.
