Join Queens Park Care Centre as an Acute Care Registered Nurse and enhance rehabilitation experiences for patients in New Westminster, B.C. This role focuses on personalized care and patient-centered interventions.
In this position, you will apply your nursing expertise to assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients in an acute rehabilitation unit. Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, you'll ensure holistic care by addressing physical, emotional, and educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Collaborate to create and adjust care plans
• Deliver education on illness prevention and health restoration
• Support nursing staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration
• At least 1 year of acute nursing experience
• Strong teaching and communication skills
