You're invited to join a dedicated healthcare team where your assessments and care plans will enhance the quality of patients' lives. In this role, you’ll perform various nursing duties under clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with BCCNM standards and agency policies. You'll also assist in fostering a safe environment while being responsive to patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Promote patient involvement in their care decisions
• Develop individualized care plans with the team
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Handle patient admissions and transfers efficiently
Requirements:
• Recognition as a LPN in British Columbia
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competency in full nursing practice scope
• Physical ability for diverse nursing tasks
