Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and consult on care planning
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams effectively
• Coordinate nursing care and ensure effective communication
• Document nursing actions in accordance with standards
• Participate in nursing committees and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN registration
• Willingness to complete specialized postgraduate nursing courses
• Current BCLS certification required
• Strong skills in communication and teamwork
• Capacity to prioritize and manage workloads
