Enhance patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Queens Park Care Centre in New Westminster, B.C. This part-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through dedicated nursing practice.
We are seeking a Relief Part Time LPN committed to patient-centered care. You will assess and plan care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. You'll operate according to BCCNM standards, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of patients’ needs
• Facilitate patient and family involvement in care
• Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes
• Perform admissions and discharges following protocols
• Train and orient new staff members
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse qualification from a recognized program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Strong communication and organizing skills
• Ability to carry out full scope nursing duties
• Physical ability for patient care tasks
