Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patients' health conditions
• Collaborate with families in care plan development
• Coordinate nursing tasks and guide support staff
• Teach patients about health maintenance and prevention
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized nursing program
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Completion of specialty nursing courses an asset
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient advocacy capabilities
