As a Nurse Clinician, you will provide vital consultation and clinical guidance in skin and wound care. This role features extensive patient education, direct care modeling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your experience in skin and wound modalities will directly impact patient care outcomes, while engaging in quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership in skin and wound care practices
• Role model direct care skills for staff and students
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for existing care standards
• Plan and evaluate educational programs for staff
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams on patient care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM license
• 3 years of clinical experience in skin and wound care
• 1 year of education or leadership experience
• Post-graduate coursework in relevant areas
• Valid BC Driver’s License
