In this role, you will utilize your expertise as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac services, coordinating care and collaborating with healthcare teams. Your responsibilities include performing assessments, implementing nursing care plans, and effectively communicating with patients and families. You will also engage in quality improvement activities and play a vital role in patient education and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate nursing care of assigned patients

• Coordinate care according to physician orders

• Document patient assessments and interventions

• Collaborate with interprofessional care teams

• Teach patients and families about health maintenance

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• One year experience in cardiac monitoring or telemetry

• Current CPR (Level

C) and ACLS certificates

• Completion of relevant critical care coursework
