At Queens Park Care Centre, we seek a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for skin and wound care. You will engage in leadership, provide expert consultations, and enhance patient outcomes through evidence-informed practices. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in educational initiatives to improve care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership in skin and wound care practices
• Model patient care techniques to staff and students
• Conduct complex wound assessments and follow-ups
• Design learning assessments tailored to clinical needs
• Evaluate effectiveness of education programs and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• 3 years of related clinical experience and 1 year of teaching experience
• Completion of applicable post-graduate courses or certifications
• Valid BC Driver’s License for work-related travel
