Key Responsibilities:
• Support nursing team with clinical assessment and consultation
• Coach staff on therapeutic communication techniques
• Regularly review and update individualized client care plans
• Facilitate educational programs in hospice practices
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Minimum three years of clinical experience, including leadership roles
• Knowledge of hospice palliative care practices
• Valid driver's license for work-related travel
• CNA certificate completion preferred
