We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct care to residents in Burnaby, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care including medications and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor health status and report changes promptly

• Educate residents and families on health management

• Maintain accurate patient care documentation

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in British Columbia

• Current CPR/First Aide Certification

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
