Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-admission screenings and assessments

• Coordinate diagnostics and communicate findings to physicians

• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and families

• Participate in daily triage and patient reviews

• Maintain data entry and support quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Two years of clinical experience in a related area

• Effective communication skills across healthcare platforms

• Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care
