Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage nursing care for palliative patients
• Collaborate with health care teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients’ rights and dignity
• Participate in quality improvement and nursing education
• Maintain safety standards for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• One year of acute palliative care experience required
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
