This position offers Registered Nurses the chance to refine their practice through rotating assignments in specialized nursing units, all while completing essential training for emergency care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to inform nursing diagnoses

• Collaborate in care plan development with patients and families

• Lead discharge planning and coordinate with care teams

• Delegate and prioritize nursing tasks effectively

• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing and BCCNM registration

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Willingness to undertake post-graduate specialty programs

• Demonstrated empathetic patient and family communication

• Strong organizational skills within an interprofessional environment
