Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments to inform nursing diagnoses

• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing and BCCNM registration
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to undertake post-graduate specialty programs
• Demonstrated empathetic patient and family communication
• Strong organizational skills within an interprofessional environment
