Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership in geriatric care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM registration
• Minimum three years clinical experience in gerontology
• One year leadership or education experience
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
