Infusion Nurse; RN

Position: Cencora Infusion Nurse (RN) Role
Empower patient treatment as an Infusion Nurse (RN) at Cencora in Burnaby, BC. This full-time role focuses on medication administration and collaborative care in a specialized clinic setting.

As an Infusion Nurse, you will administer medications, monitor treatment protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals while participating in ongoing training to develop your skills. Your strong communication and organizational abilities will ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV, SC, and IM medications following protocols

• Maintain accurate patient documentation according to policies

• Collaborate with physicians and case managers for optimal care

• Attend team meetings and training for skill enhancement

• Adhere to Health and Safety standards in all practices

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse and current CPR

• At least 1 year of IV initiation experience

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills

• Proficient in digital tools for education and communication

• Valid driver’s license for travel between clinics
