Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat a variety of complex conditions
• Coordinate transitions in patient care and follow-up processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
• Participate in staff education and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner registration in British Columbia
• Recent clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting
