Situated within a rapidly growing healthcare organization, you’ll be responsible for nursing care coordination for newborn patients. You will assess incoming patients, respond to complications, and engage families in care plans. Your contributions will assist in creating a supportive environment for infants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor newborn health status

• Implement care plans and modify interventions as needed

• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergencies

• Document assessments and care provided

• Promote family-centered care and best practices

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Minimum 1 year in a neonatal intensive care unit

• Completion of a specialized Neonatal Nursing Program

• Valid Basic Rescuer and NRP certifications

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
