As a Community RN, your responsibilities involve delivering ethical nursing care and contributing to personalized Recovery Plans. Collaborating with Fraser Health Authority, you’ll ensure successful operational protocols and medication administration while nurturing a therapeutic environment. Your leadership will help shape the nursing care delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care based on individual client assessments
• Advocate for clients during multidisciplinary meetings
• Supervise medication administration for safety
• Train nursing staff and facilitate clinical team problem-solving
• Coordinate day-to-day functions of shared living sites
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Registered Nurse program
• At least three years of relevant nursing experience
• Proven experience with mental health populations
• Strong critical thinking and teaching abilities
• Ability to use computer technology effectively
