As a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Access & Assessment, you will manage direct patient care and contribute to their successful outcomes. You will conduct thorough assessments, provide in-person and remote education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Your role will also include tracking patient progress and wait times to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and screenings

• Facilitate patient education through multiple channels

• Communicate changes in patient conditions to healthcare providers

• Monitor cardiac patients’ readiness for procedures

• Support quality improvement projects through data management

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Minimum of two years clinical experience in cardiac care

• Proficiency in communication and teamwork

• Ability to provide culturally sensitive patient care
