Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and pre-admission screenings

• Support cardiac waitlist management and coordinate care

• Ensure accurate data entry for performance indicators

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM

• At least two years of relevant nursing experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
