In this position, you'll provide care services to clients dealing with substance use issues. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, initiating treatment protocols, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess mental health and substance use conditions
• Initiate and monitor treatment based on physician orders
• Coordinate care with health professionals during client consultations
• Conduct educational sessions and coping skill workshops
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records
Requirements:
• Nursing degree with BCCNM registration
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Recent experience in addiction nursing
• Competence in mental health assessment techniques
• Valid BC Driver's License may be required
