Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and risk evaluations

• Engage in high-stakes deliveries and adhere to NRP

• Write accurate documentation and care plans

• Collaborate with providers to refine care strategies

• Maintain comprehensive records per hospital protocols

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with active BCCNM registration

• 1 year recent experience in a neonatal setting

• Completed post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program

• Current certifications in Basic Rescuer and NRP

• Ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities
