Position: Fraser Health Palliative Care RN Position
Location: New Westminster

Fraser Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Palliative Care to manage hospice client interactions. This role entails conducting clinical consultations, mentoring fellow nurses, and promoting adherence to evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing team through clinical assessment and advice

• Mentor staff on client interaction and communication

• Regularly assess and adjust client care plans

• Facilitate educational initiatives in hospice care

• Participate in quality improvement and risk management tasks

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BCCNM

• Three years of clinical experience, including leadership

• Knowledge of palliative and hospice practices

• Must have access to a vehicle

• Completion of a CNA certification is preferred
