Your expertise is vital in both the assessment and education of patients related to health maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and gather clinical profiles
• Work with families to craft effective care plans
• Coordinate care with a diverse team of professionals
• Instruct patients on preventive health measures
• Accurately document nursing actions and evaluations
Requirements:
• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse
• Hands-on experience with ABI procedures is required
• Proven communication and teamwork skills
• Strong ability to deliver patient-centered care
• Openness to guiding new nursing professionals
