Fraser Health seeks a knowledgeable Clinical Mentor RN/RPN for a Part Time role in New Westminster, B.C. Help cultivate nursing talents and enhance client care through dedicated mentorship.
As a Clinical Mentor, you will provide expert guidance to nursing staff, enhancing their clinical skills and facilitating effective learning experiences. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high-quality care standards by actively collaborating with nurse educators and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate staff learning and development through modeling
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for skill development
• Guide practical application of nursing standards and processes
• Support clinical education and mentoring initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• Three years of relevant nursing experience in Mental Health
• Strong mentoring and leadership background
• BC Driver's License may be required
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and guidelines
