As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care while working within the full scope of practice defined by BCCNM. This position requires effective communication, patient assessment, and care planning skills to support multidisciplinary teamwork. Participate in a dynamic healthcare environment that is expanding through the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient strengths and limitations
• Provide a supportive environment for patients
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Document and evaluate nursing care outcomes
• Maintain safe equipment for patient care
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program
• Current LPN registration with BCCNM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize work and implement care plans
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
