We are especially looking for Registered Nurses with limited Emergency experience who are eager to grow. In this role, you will rotate through specialized units, allowing you to apply for positions that will enhance your practical skills while fulfilling your educational commitments. You will be an integral part of a team focused on effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions using comprehensive techniques

• Write nursing diagnoses and develop nursing interventions

• Collaborate to implement effective care plans

• Lead nursing care coordination and priority setting

• Educate patients and families about health topics

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Willing to complete postgraduate specialty nursing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Ability to assess and prioritize patient care needs
