Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement nursing care for mental health patients
• Engage in collaborative care planning with the healthcare team
• Support training and development of nursing staff
• Champion patient rights within the unit
• Conduct quality evaluations and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
• Experience in mental health nursing preferred
• Strong crisis management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
