Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and collect comprehensive health information

• Collaborate with patients and families on care plans

• Ensure care and discharge planning meets patient needs

• Coordinate care by delegating tasks to support staff

• Educate patients and families on wellness and health maintenance

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Completion of post-graduate specialty courses preferred

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
