This role requires a passion for emergency care and experience with patient-centered practices. You will work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department, assisting patients while collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver comprehensive care. The position emphasizes assessment, planning, and evaluation of nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and make nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate with families to create care plans
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education
• Document assessments and interventions
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Experience in emergency nursing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Commitment to person-centered care
