As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with an interprofessional team, performing assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing education to caregivers and community agencies. You'll engage in crisis intervention, medication management, and facilitate communication among service providers to ensure comprehensive client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical nursing care and interventions
• Educate families and professionals about mental health
• Support crisis intervention through home visits
• Collaborate in treatment planning with care teams
• Document client assessments and intervention results
Requirements:
• Current registration as RN/RPN with BCCNM
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience
• Understanding of mental health treatment protocols
• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License and vehicle
• Ability to communicate effectively and advocate for clients
Drive impactful mental health initiatives while working to support clients and improve their pathways to care.
