As a Registered Nurse, your essential responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, and family education within the cardiac services department. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preadmission screenings and patient assessments
• Implement and evaluate personalized nursing interventions
• Document and report on patient progress and needs
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Work with interprofessional teams on care strategies
Requirements:
• Valid registration from an approved Nursing Program
• At least two years in cardiac care or rehabilitation
• BCLS and ACLS certifications necessary
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Proficiency in ECG monitoring skills
