Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to establish educational priorities and goals
• Construct and update education programs based on clinical evidence

• Facilitate student placements and mentorship for staff
Requirements:
• Active RN or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with BCCNM
• Three years recent clinical experience in LTC
• Leadership or education experience of one year
• Proven expertise in RAI assessment processes
• License and vehicle for business travel
