Support substance use recovery as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with Fraser Health. Be part of the Rapid ACC Addictions Clinic and make a difference in clients' lives.
Fraser Health is looking for a compassionate RN/RPN who can work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored care for individuals experiencing substance use issues.
Your role will include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and facilitating group sessions, all while educating clients and families about recovery options. Your leadership will guide clinical decisions, enhancing overall patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop individual treatment plans
• Administer medications and monitor client progress
• Address and manage emergency situations effectively
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration in client care
• Document all clinical interactions accurately
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Registration as an RN/RPN with BCCNM
• Minimum one year in substance use services
• Certification in First Aid and CPR mandatory
• Strong understanding of addiction and mental health issues
